By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application, game, or service developed by ALI FURQAN ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use our apps. By using the apps, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use

Our apps are licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Advertisements

Our apps may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party ads.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our apps, you grant us permission to process and display your content solely to provide app functionality.

9. AI & Generated Content Disclaimer

Some apps may include AI or automated features. Generated results are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for how you use such content.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, logos, code, and content belong to ALI FURQAN unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the apps at any time for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Apple & Google Disclaimer

These Terms are between you and ALI FURQAN, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps or their content.
